We study this decoration today, but we still need to understand it from the thing itself. I have studied this lion so far and found that there are as many as 17 different types. You can see lions no matter you go to the mall or in front of the Forbidden City, but most of the lions in front of the gate are made of stone, the material is very ordinary, and they are a pair. Some lions will step on another cub under their feet, while others will step on a villain. Don’t think that when I say “villain”, you think it’s a paper puppet made of paper at home during the Chinese New Year, and you can step on it. Not that, the lion is stepping on the boy who spreads wealth, which means getting rich.
